The product didn't make any difference in my sinuses. It came with no instructions. I emailed owner(email on the receipt) to get information on how to use them. I got no reply, still weeks later, no reply and I waited a week. I googled it, and done what I found that way, however I didn't buy these from google and if you want people to buy from you then customer service, good customer service, is necessary and part of the experience.

You can also call us directly at (815) 980-9147, Facebook message us, or Instagram message us if you are experiencing long response times. We've seen some other dissatisfied reviews from you, which really breaks our hearts. We put everything into creating a positive, easy going atmosphere at our store as well as effective products. We try to be as responsive as possible all our customers as well. I'm going to change the email to the store manager's for customers to respond to in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will do our best to correct this!
I am obsessed with this shower steamer. I have sever seasonal allergies and asthma. I use this product when my allergies are severe bad and it really opens up my sinuses and helps me get through the day!
