WHOLESALE POLICIES

WHOLSALE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID. We also require you to fill out a CRT-61 Certificate of Resale from the Illinois Department of Revenue (this is required for all states). Please upload all required documents and pictures of your storefront with your application.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum opening order is $500. No minimum on re-orders.

PRICING

Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost only to retailers with a valid resale permit for the purpose of resale only.

Retail Pricing: We require you sell our products at our MSRP. Retailers may offer promos or discounts at your discretion; however, we ask that your daily pricing be consistent with all our other retailers. For aging products, we recommend discounting them at 50% off to make room for fresh new products.

SELLING POLICY

Bath + Body Fusion products can only be sold at the physical location you provided on your wholesale application. You must disclose all locations you intend to sell our products at in writing to jen@bathandbodyfusion.com and wait for approval to sell at locations not listed on your application. Our products cannot be sold at temporary locations not previously approved by us (such as art & craft festivals). Bath + Body Fusion products cannot be sold at consignment shops, secondhand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval). We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Bath + Body Fusion.

WHOLESALE PAYMENTS

Wholesale orders must be paid for in full (US currency) prior to production and order fulfillment. Currently, we do not offer payment terms. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, checks (with a 10 day hold for processing), cashier’s checks, and US money orders. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be paid by wire transfer or US money order and must arrive in US Currency. Any fees associated with the money transfer must be covered in the amount sent. DISPLAYS

A beautiful display really helps to sell your products a lot faster. For local wholesalers, we’re happy to come on site to help you with your displays. We recommend keeping it fully stocked, as it makes it look more appealing to your customers. As you get down to 1-2 jars/bottles of a product, it can look like a clearance section and not as appealing. It is your responsibility to maintain a clean environment and replace tester products as needed to keep them looking nice.   

TERRITORY LIMITATIONS

The sale or distribution of Bath + Body Fusion products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Bath + Body Fusion. Bath + Body Fusion reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are not approved by Bath + Body Fusion. 

WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

Wholesale accounts will be reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to cancel an account if Bath + Body Fusion goods are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, kept in good hygiene (sample/tester products replaced as needed) or if the account changes ownership. 

Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited.

By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by Bath + Body Fusion.

FAQ'S

WHAT IS ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

We generally ship your order out in 5-7 business days. For larger orders, please allow up to 10 business days. All orders are made fresh to order. We will be working towards a 1-2 day turnaround time in the coming months. During our peak season (holiday time) we will have longer processing times.

CAN I SELL BATH + BODY FUSION PRODUCTS ONLINE?

You’re only allowed to sell Bath + Body Fusion on your website (if you’re a wholesaler customer). Public marketplaces such as: Amazon, Walmart.com, E-bay, etc are prohibited. If you are found selling on other platforms outside of your own website, we have the right to terminate your wholesale account. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at jen@bathandbodyfusion.com to see if your order is eligible for cancelation. All wholesale orders are made fresh and custom once order is placed.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the handmade nature and cost to produce high quality, natural products, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless they were damaged during shipment. Notice of damages and/or missing products shall be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Pictures or damaged are required. Replacements will be sent out promptly.
