Make sure you include a description of the issue with your order or damaged good(s) along with the quantity. If your items were damaged, please attach pictures.
Return Policy: We will gladly take back any items that were damaged during shipment. We will also take care of any order issues. Please report damages and order issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the handmade nature and cost to produce our high quality, natural skincare collection, we're not able to accept returns. We're not able to resell skincare products of any kind for the safety of our clients.
